Here.. I said it. I have been wanting to say it for some time now. I have been amazed how incompetent you are and how you have been able to survive all these years with no life skills..

This is literally everything that goes on in my head when I talk to ignorant people… I wish I had to courage to frame this better and say it to people when I feel it. Off late I have been talking to so many men who use the phrase “as a woman you…” and I want to smack them in the head! In my profession, I am a professional.. not a man or a woman.. I don’t need to be treated differently and I don’t need to be mollycoddled.

I hope there is a day in this world where I am not treated differently for being a gender, a race, a colour, a last name and I am treated fairly for who I am and what I bring to the table and that day I will meditate!
