Have you ever wondered if you are a Donkey or a Horse?

This has been troubling me for some time now.

Do you work to get shit done or do you race to win? Been troubling me ever so slightly since someone mentioned it to me. I am ashamed to acknowledge but I am a donkey.. or at least I think of myself as that. Another thing I am not good at is planning my future or development needs or goals.

Not overconfident but the opposite. Usually taken on whatever was needed to make the team win and it had made me hugely successful.

Not in a crisis but need to work on self worth. Being an Indian and a woman doesn’t help me. I am not used to asking things for me or for my growth.. I’m just around and will work as hard as anyone who wants to succeed.

Anyone have any life advice?
