I went to a women in leadership panel discussion and they were distributing stuffed toy dogs to women!!!!!!!!! I mean I can never ever ever imagine to go to a conference for men in technology leadership and expect them to be handed with a stuffed crocodile!?!

I’m coining a new term for these corporate idiots called microidioticness which is an act of complete ignorance and bias demonstrated through micro actions that lead to the feeling of the disappointment nod inside my head!!!

Even though I was majorly irritated, I kept a calm head and spoke at the panel about bias, opportunity and being a woman in tech alongside women from google and Facebook and after an intense hour and a half of answering questions, treaded back into my apartment as the clock struck 10!

That is how I spent my yesterday evening..hope you had a fun Friday too.
