Debt free with 2 houses paid up and a decent sum saved up by 35 was my target growing up. How far am I? Almost there.. I turn 35 in February and my second house is almost paid..

How you ask? By being obsessive about putting money away and paying off debt religiously.. Am I a miser? No, I own luxury handbags, take international vacations but I do not splurge on what I do not need at all.

I shop once every 6 months, plan for it and then pray for the sales to happen around the time I want to go shopping! Works out most of the time.
