Choices: A Lunch-Hour Lesson in Freedom and Indecision

Just came back from lunch and was thinking about the choices I had today. Today wasn’t my non-meat day which is Tuesday so today, the world was my oyster! Literally and metaphorically..

Walked to Kearny street near the office to find food which is equivalent to hunting in the old ages. I was equipped with a credit card but my mind had the difficult task of making a choice. When you have no constraints, what is the deciding factor.

I haven’t figured it out yet but I have a growth mindset and I’ll keep thinking about it. I ended up eating fried spaghetti with prawns from a Thai place called Banana leaf. They took about 20 mins to give a baby portion for $15. I regret not taking a picture so I could have at least shamed them for not seeing me before handing me over that baby box for that amount of money. I am still hungry and hence my mind is wandering.

On that note, sharing some more pictures that satiate me right now more than my baby box of food!

Till later!
